Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Access Supervisor to lead their team in the Accounts Receivable Department.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee Patient Access staff and ensure timely patient re-authorizations
• Prepare reports and analyze workload distribution to meet departmental goals
• Supervise staff performance and provide feedback on processes and compliance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
• Previous experience in DME is required
• Knowledge of medical reimbursement is necessary
• Prior experience managing or overseeing staff is essential
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Brightree is required
