A company is looking for a Senior Client Onboarding Manager to lead client implementations and manage stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee projects from initiation through completion, ensuring coordination across teams
- Manage client implementations, meeting timelines and deliverables while exceeding client expectations
- Train, coach, and mentor team members on the implementation process and best practices
Required Qualifications
- Minimum six years of experience in a similar role with a proven track record of success
- Experience in a healthcare or benefits environment preferred
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or PMP Certification is a plus
- Demonstrated implementation management skills including leadership and project management
- Taft-Hartley Fund experience is a plus
