Job Summary
A company is looking for a Shopify Technical Account Manager (Remote in Colombia).
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of Shopify-based clients and maintain proactive relationships
- Make backend updates in Shopify and troubleshoot issues directly on the website
- Translate client requests into actionable tasks and manage project progress through a project management system
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in digital project management, account management, or technical client services
- Experience supporting clients on technical matters, including site configurations and troubleshooting
- Prior experience with website platforms, preferably Shopify
- Familiarity with ecommerce, UX/UI principles, analytics, and CRO concepts
- Proficient with project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, or Teamwork
