A company is looking for a Client Manager II (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, coordinating project initiatives and communications across teams
- Act as a consultant for clients, managing project scoping, pricing, and identifying upsell opportunities
- Maintain project documentation and manage timelines, budgets, and quality control throughout the project lifecycle
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 2-4 years of direct marketing account management experience, preferably in the financial services industry
- Working knowledge of direct marketing principles and practices
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
