Job Summary

A company is looking for a Personal Lines Account Manager (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming insurance service requests, including renewals and policy changes, with excellent customer service
• Review client accounts to identify discounts and make coverage recommendations
• Provide sales support to Sales Agents and maintain relationships with underwriters and clients

Qualifications and Requirements

• Preferred Bachelor of Science degree; High school diploma or equivalent required
• 2+ years of relevant experience in insurance sales
• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license required
• Working knowledge of agency management systems like Applied EPIC
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook Suite, including Excel
