Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coach the Account Management team to achieve KPIs while fostering a high-performance culture
- Conduct performance conversations and provide guidance for team members' career development
- Analyze data to identify trends and develop strategies for improving team performance and customer outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent SaaS leadership experience preferred
- 5+ years of experience leading customer-facing teams in SaaS or Product-Led Growth environments
- 3+ years in staffing, hiring, and performance management of front-line employees and junior managers
- Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams while fostering accountability and innovation
- Strong technical aptitude and experience with data-driven decision-making
