Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Account Manager to ensure operational excellence within their Client Services team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead daily client communications and monitor project milestones across all clients
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews and support onboarding of new managed service clients
  • Manage client-facing reporting, dashboarding, and internal materials library
Required Qualifications
  • BA or BS Degree
  • 2-10 years of professional experience, preferably in operations at hyper-growth startups
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and ZenDesk
  • Process-oriented with the ability to assess technical and service-level issues
  • Ability to thrive in a high-paced, entrepreneurial work environment
