A company is looking for a Customer Account Manager to ensure operational excellence within their Client Services team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily client communications and monitor project milestones across all clients
- Conduct quality assurance reviews and support onboarding of new managed service clients
- Manage client-facing reporting, dashboarding, and internal materials library
Required Qualifications
- BA or BS Degree
- 2-10 years of professional experience, preferably in operations at hyper-growth startups
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and ZenDesk
- Process-oriented with the ability to assess technical and service-level issues
- Ability to thrive in a high-paced, entrepreneurial work environment
