A company is looking for an Account Manager II.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate loan processing and document verification for various loan types
• Maintain an accurate pipeline of loans, ensuring timely follow-up and client satisfaction
• Communicate underwriting conditions and ensure all documentation meets requirements

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; college degree strongly preferred
• 3+ years of experience in mortgage origination, preferably in the private/hard money space
• Proficient knowledge of MS Office and experience with LOS Encompass
• Experience with non-agency products preferred, but not required
