Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager of Relationship Management to oversee client accounts and team performance in the retirement plan industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support a team of Relationship Managers, including onboarding and performance feedback
- Monitor client interactions and ensure timely resolutions across all service requests
- Lead client meetings and collaborate with internal teams to enhance client service delivery
Required Qualifications
- 5-7+ years of experience in relationship or client management within the retirement plan or financial services industry
- 2-3 years of supervisory or team lead experience
- Solid understanding of qualified retirement plans (401(k), 403(b), etc.)
- Bachelor's degree required; industry credentials such as QKA, QPA, or AIF are a plus
- Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
