Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Director for CGT Treatment Centers.

Key Responsibilities

• Leads the expansion of the Approved Treatment Center (ATC) network and builds strategic partnerships with healthcare providers
• Manages large-scale onboarding and account growth initiatives, collaborating with internal stakeholders
• Acts as the relationship manager for ATC accounts, fostering trust and identifying customer needs

Required Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent with typically 10+ years of relevant experience; less experience required with a Master's or Doctorate
• Extensive experience in strategic account management within healthcare, biotech, or life sciences
• Proven success in network expansion initiatives and launching treatment centers
• Experience leading cross-functional teams for large-scale onboarding and growth programs
• Hands-on experience resolving escalated client issues and navigating complex negotiations
