Job Summary
A company is looking for an EVS Client Manager responsible for overseeing client support and service activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients as the primary point of contact for service-related matters
- Plan and oversee the delivery of support and service activities in alignment with client needs
- Coordinate the resolution of service incidents and escalate technical issues as necessary
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 2+ years of client-facing experience
- Proven experience in managing enterprise-level support and service operations
- Proficiency in data analysis and manipulation using Google Sheets/Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with Dependent Verification programs and protocols
