A company is looking for a Customer Success & Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of strategic accounts, building trusted relationships and acting as a strategic advisor
  • Drive customer onboarding, product adoption, and monitor account health metrics to ensure satisfaction and retention
  • Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities while collaborating with internal teams to enhance customer success strategies
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Partner roles within a B2B SaaS environment
  • Proven track record of revenue growth through cross-selling and upselling
  • Strong technical fluency and ability to relate product value to business outcomes
  • Highly organized and metrics-driven, capable of managing multiple priorities independently
  • Proactive mindset with a focus on anticipating customer needs and addressing risks early
