A company is looking for a Digital Marketing Account Manager, Franchise.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage client relationships to promote retention, growth, and loyalty
- Serve as the day-to-day point of contact and manage client expectations from inception to delivery
- Expand revenue in accounts through cross-selling and upsell opportunities while achieving assigned upsell goals
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience as an Account Manager or similar role in a digital marketing agency supporting franchise clients
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels such as Paid Search and SEO
- Experience with B2B and B2C clients, particularly in franchise or multi-location marketing
- Proven ability to manage multiple account projects simultaneously and build rapport with clients
- Collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to business development opportunities
