Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Manager responsible for maintaining client relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level customer service to assigned brokers and clients
- Monitor and manage assigned work using CRM and operational systems
- Assist with new client implementations and support teammates with inquiries
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of relevant Account Management experience, preferably in benefits management
- Experience using the Alegeus system is preferred
- Preferred associate or bachelor's degree, but not required
- Ability to work from 8:30am - 5:00pm ET after training
- Strong organizational and prioritizing skills, with the ability to multi-task
