Account Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager responsible for maintaining client relationships and ensuring satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-level customer service to assigned brokers and clients
• Monitor and manage assigned work using CRM and operational systems
• Assist with new client implementations and support teammates with inquiries

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant Account Management experience, preferably in benefits management
• Experience using the Alegeus system is preferred
• Preferred associate or bachelor's degree, but not required
• Ability to work from 8:30am - 5:00pm ET after training
• Strong organizational and prioritizing skills, with the ability to multi-task
