Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate Account Service Manager to manage client service inquiries and collaborate with internal departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end investigation, resolution, and response to all customer inquiries
- Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients and brokers
- Provide ongoing education for customers on processes, policies, and self-service functionalities
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
- A minimum of 2 years of group insurance experience
- Previous experience in a client-facing or account management role
- Strong computer navigation skills and ability to work with multiple systems simultaneously
- Strong group business product knowledge
