Job Summary

A company is looking for an ACA Account Manager 2, responsible for overseeing enterprise-level support and service activities for clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships as the primary point of contact for service-related matters
  • Plan and oversee the delivery of support and service activities to meet client needs
  • Coordinate the resolution of service incidents and escalate technical issues as necessary
Required Qualifications
  • Four or more years of progressive Account Management experience
  • Proven track record of successful client-facing interactions
  • Experience in managing enterprise-level support and service operations
  • In-depth knowledge of products and services offered
  • Bachelor Degree or higher preferred
