A company is looking for an ACA Account Manager 2, responsible for overseeing enterprise-level support and service activities for clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships as the primary point of contact for service-related matters
- Plan and oversee the delivery of support and service activities to meet client needs
- Coordinate the resolution of service incidents and escalate technical issues as necessary
Required Qualifications
- Four or more years of progressive Account Management experience
- Proven track record of successful client-facing interactions
- Experience in managing enterprise-level support and service operations
- In-depth knowledge of products and services offered
- Bachelor Degree or higher preferred
