Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute account strategies to enhance client relationships and achieve performance objectives
- Identify new sales opportunities and support internal stakeholders to close sales
- Act as a point of escalation for client issues, ensuring timely resolution and compliance with Service Level Agreements
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of sales and account management experience
- Experience selling solutions and services to banks
- Knowledge of corporate lending solutions is highly preferred
- Proven ability to build and manage a sales pipeline and achieve sales quotas
- Ability to navigate within financial institutions and understand customer needs
