Job Summary
A company is looking for a Bi-Lingual Senior Employee Benefits Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their employee benefits needs and provide tailored solutions
- Oversee the implementation and administration of employee benefits programs
- Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, escalations, and issue resolution
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the Employee Benefits field (insurance/broker side)
- Active Life and Health (L&H) insurance license
- Fluency in Spanish
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience managing small, mid, and large-sized accounts from A-Z
