Job Summary
A company is looking for a Relationship Manager to oversee a portfolio of assigned employee benefits groups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with internal partners to successfully launch pet insurance benefits
- Act as a consultative partner to clients post-sale, maximizing value and ensuring a positive experience
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while developing new business opportunities
Required Qualifications:
- 3 years of relationship management, account management, or related experience
- Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience
- Must have or obtain a Property & Casualty License within 45 days of hire
- Ability to apply knowledge and basic problem-solving techniques
- Familiarity with standard practices and procedures for analyzing situations or data
