Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with strategic customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for strategic customers post-implementation, ensuring seamless onboarding and long-term success
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with finance leaders to understand their business goals and deliver continuous value
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and lead upsell and cross-sell initiatives
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in a quota-carrying role focused on post-sale sales, customer retention, and expansion
  • Experience selling to the FinTech space
  • Knowledge of the Office of the CFO ecosystem, including tools like NetSuite and QuickBooks
  • Organized with strong time management skills
  • Ability to work during PST business hours
