A company is looking for a Senior Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with strategic customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for strategic customers post-implementation, ensuring seamless onboarding and long-term success
- Build and maintain strong relationships with finance leaders to understand their business goals and deliver continuous value
- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and lead upsell and cross-sell initiatives
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in a quota-carrying role focused on post-sale sales, customer retention, and expansion
- Experience selling to the FinTech space
- Knowledge of the Office of the CFO ecosystem, including tools like NetSuite and QuickBooks
- Organized with strong time management skills
- Ability to work during PST business hours
