- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in client relationship management for software engineering services
- Goal and performance-oriented with strategic and hands-on capabilities
- Ability to create financial business cases and present ROI to customers
- Experience managing account-level P&L responsibility
- Ability to interact with C-Level Executives and convey value propositions clearly
