Required Qualifications
- 4-year degree plus 5+ years of relevant professional experience in customer service or account management
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Ability to manage multiple complex tasks and projects with strong project management skills
- Experience in driving cross-functional collaboration and knowledge of e-Commerce and ERP systems
- Ability to lead and supervise a group of support staff, including Customer Service Support and Account Managers
