Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the lead point of contact for customers, ensuring successful delivery of products and services
  • Manage multiple projects, setting customer expectations and adhering to standard operating procedures
  • Perform advanced data analytics to provide recommendations for improved service and process changes
Required Qualifications
  • 4-year degree plus 5+ years of relevant professional experience in customer service or account management
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • Ability to manage multiple complex tasks and projects with strong project management skills
  • Experience in driving cross-functional collaboration and knowledge of e-Commerce and ERP systems
  • Ability to lead and supervise a group of support staff, including Customer Service Support and Account Managers
