A company is looking for a Senior Technical Account Manager to drive successful implementations of agentic AI workflows for enterprise customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation of agentic AI workflows for enterprise customers
- Continuously monitor AI Employees' performance and address any gaps
- Train customers on utilizing AI Employees and ensure high adoption rates
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in a Technical Account Manager, Customer Success, or Solutions Architect role within Enterprise SaaS or AI platforms
- Strong understanding of AI technologies, cloud services, and enterprise integrations
- Proven track record of building strategic relationships with enterprise customers
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop strategic solutions
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with a high degree of ownership
