Job Summary
A company is looking for a VP of Client Service to design and lead a unified client experience across its lines of service.
Key Responsibilities
- Refine and update the client journey, ensuring a seamless and high-touch experience across all service offerings
- Design and implement efficient client experiences, proposing new value-add services and overseeing their launch
- Collaborate with senior leadership to evolve service offerings and adopt technology to enhance service delivery
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred
- 12+ years of experience in client-facing roles within financial services, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership position
- Deep understanding of fund administration operations for alternative investment funds
- Proven track record of managing and growing client relationships with high retention and satisfaction
- Strong knowledge of financial instruments, investment strategies, and regulatory environments relevant to alternative investments
