Key Responsibilities
- Drive account success by managing a portfolio of corporate accounts to ensure adoption, growth, and renewal
- Develop and implement strategic account plans tailored to customer needs for driving growth
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure high satisfaction and retention rates
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of on-quota, B2B SaaS experience, particularly in marketing tech or ad tech
- Fundamental understanding of online advertising and marketing technology
- Proficiency in modern SaaS tech stack, including Salesforce and Business Intelligence Systems
- Experience negotiating business terms and managing documentation such as MSSAs and SOWs
- Experience in account management or sales roles
