A company is looking for a Specialty Accounts Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and close Individual Retirement Accounts, ensuring compliance with laws and assisting members with transactions
- Manage deceased member accounts, communicating with survivors and complying with estate wishes
- Assist members with Health Savings Accounts and review various specialty accounts for accuracy and compliance
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- 1+ years of related experience is required
- IRA and HSA certifications preferred, with the ability to acquire certifications in the future
- Understanding of financial products, member services, and operations procedures
- Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations regarding IRAs and HSAs
- Ability to verify the authenticity of documents related to specialty accounts
