Key Responsibilities
- Support net medical membership growth and profitability through effective service oversight and account management strategies
- Collaborate with Advocacy partners on benefit and service strategies to enhance customer experience
- Develop and maintain trusted-advisor relationships with clients, leveraging the company's capabilities to differentiate from competitors
Required Qualifications
- College degree or 5+ years of equivalent related experience
- 3+ years in healthcare/managed care business with knowledge of product, underwriting principles, and account management
- Active Health and Life Insurance License or ability to obtain it
- Demonstrated planning and organizational skills with the ability to drive priorities and results
- Ability to work independently and foster strong working relationships in a matrixed environment
