Job Summary
A company is looking for a Patient Account Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead Patient Account Representatives in performance management, hiring, training, and scheduling
- Identify performance deficiencies and implement action plans to enhance team skills and morale
- Respond to requests and ensure timely completion of accounts referred to the Supervisory Desk
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent education
- 4-7 years of relevant experience preferred
- Advanced knowledge of UB-04, EOB interpretation, CPT, and ICD-9 codes
- Supervisory experience or demonstrated leadership skills
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
