Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with a portfolio of Employer customers throughout the customer lifecycle to maximize satisfaction and retention
- Stay informed about industry and technology trends, educating customers and advocating for their needs
- Lead internal teams on behalf of customers, coordinating efforts and ensuring high-quality work output
Required Qualifications
- B.S. or B.A. required
- 10+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or related roles
- Experience managing complex customer portfolios
- Strong understanding of benefits administration and technology (particularly SaaS)
- Proven ability to drive customer outcomes and satisfaction
