A company is looking for an Account Manager to join their dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the software subscription renewal process for assigned accounts
- Identify opportunities for account growth through upselling and cross-selling additional services or products
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to maximize customer value from solutions
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, information technology, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or a related role, preferably in the software or technology sector
- Working knowledge of Tibco Messaging and experience discussing technical topics with stakeholders
- Familiarity with CRM systems and tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Experience managing subscription renewals and expanding customer accounts
