Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Account Manager - Bilingual (Mandarin/English).

Key Responsibilities

• Understand brand GMV opportunities and build competitive contract models for fulfillment services
• Develop and manage long-term strategies for brands, ensuring actionable steps are taken
• Oversee account health, including delivery rates, inventory management, and sales performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Project Management, or Client Services
• Fluency in Mandarin and English
• 5-6 years of experience in project or account management, particularly with 3PL clients
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong time management skills and ability to work independently
