Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Operations Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage transaction lifecycle from quote to cash and coordinate internal support for customer satisfaction
- Review and maintain pipeline and forecast with assigned Client Directors, scheduling regular meetings to update Salesforce.com
- Assist in structuring deals, preparing pricing and proposals, and maintaining vendor relationships for improved communication and discounts
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree is required
- 2-3 years of Sales Support experience preferred, ideally in the Technology industry
- Ability to analyze client needs and connect them to company offerings
- Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced sales environment is required
- Strong mathematical aptitude and familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM preferred
