Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Operations Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage transaction lifecycle from quote to cash and coordinate internal support for customer satisfaction
  • Review and maintain pipeline and forecast with assigned Client Directors, scheduling regular meetings to update Salesforce.com
  • Assist in structuring deals, preparing pricing and proposals, and maintaining vendor relationships for improved communication and discounts
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree is required
  • 2-3 years of Sales Support experience preferred, ideally in the Technology industry
  • Ability to analyze client needs and connect them to company offerings
  • Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced sales environment is required
  • Strong mathematical aptitude and familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM preferred
