Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or related fields
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software, preferably Salesforce
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities effectively
  • Experience in fast-paced startup environments is preferred but not required
  • Proven ability to pivot and adapt to new challenges
