Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or related fields
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software, preferably Salesforce
- Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities effectively
- Experience in fast-paced startup environments is preferred but not required
- Proven ability to pivot and adapt to new challenges
