A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager to enhance client experiences in the veterinary industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead customer audits and optimizations both remotely and onsite
- Manage equipment and software update projects, including system relocations
- Provide customer solution training and contribute to pipeline development for targeted accounts
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, or a related field is desired
- Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience
- Preferred experience in software implementation and veterinary inventory knowledge
- Familiarity with Patient Information Management Systems and Inventory Management is helpful
- Certifications in veterinary medicine are a plus
