Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Relations Manager to work remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for organizational clients and manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction with EAP services
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new clients and develop engagement strategies to promote EAP awareness among employees
- Prepare and present reports to clients summarizing program usage, outcomes, and areas for improvement
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in account management or client services, preferably in EAP or health and wellness
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in project management and multitasking
- Familiarity with mental health and wellness concepts is a plus
