Key Responsibilities
- Strategize and execute plans to increase submission and funding volume from ISO brokers
- Analyze performance data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues to build trust with ISO brokers
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 2+ years of experience in account management or a related role
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple relationships simultaneously
- Ability to travel to New York-based ISO broker locations as needed
