Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Technical Account Manager - East.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer accounts and serve as the primary point of contact for technical inquiries and issue resolution
- Act as a technical advisor, guiding customers through software implementation and driving product adoption
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and present insights during Executive Business Reviews
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 to 8 years of experience in pre/post-sales account management, consulting, or professional services
- Hands-on experience with VDI environments, preferably Azure Virtual Desktop
- Strong technical background in cloud computing or related fields
- Proven ability to manage customer relationships and provide technical guidance
- Experience managing complex technical projects and delivering successful outcomes
