Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Account General Manager as a Subject Matter Expert, understanding customer contracts and their delivery impact
• Coordinate with infrastructure, security, and IT teams for comprehensive service delivery and manage systematic delivery status reporting
• Handle recruitment, coaching, mentoring, and performance management responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• Strong program management skills with experience in strategic and tactical delivery management
• In-depth understanding of the Healthcare/Medicaid business and solutions
• Strategic thinker with strong financial acumen
• Experience managing revenue, account profitability, and customer satisfaction metrics
• Ability to work collaboratively in a matrixed environment
