Senior Relationship Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Relationship Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal partners to enhance client retention
• Negotiate pricing agreements and address client concerns while collaborating with various departments for issue resolution
• Coordinate client outreach programs and maintain reports on market penetration and client feedback

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience in client engagement, marketing, negotiations, or conflict resolution
• Program or project management experience is highly valued
• Knowledge of implementation principles and client lifecycles
• Military experience with relevant skills may be acceptable in lieu of a degree
• A college degree is preferred but not mandatory if relevant experience is demonstrated
