Job Summary
A company is looking for an Insurance Operations Manager to lead their Account Management team and drive operational efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily activities of the Account Management and Account Executive teams, providing guidance and performance feedback
- Lead the design and continuous improvement of operational processes for enhanced efficiency and scalability
- Serve as a subject matter expert in the development and enhancement of the MGA2 system, ensuring alignment with business needs
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 6+ years of experience in insurance operations, focusing on workers' compensation
- Experience in managing and leading teams, including Account Managers and/or Account Executives
- Proven track record of identifying and implementing process efficiencies
- Strong experience with insurance management systems, particularly in MGA or similar platforms
- In-depth knowledge of workers' compensation insurance principles and regulatory environment
