A company is looking for a Dealer Relationship Manager to enhance customer relationships and maximize product usage.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a detailed understanding of products and services, assisting customers and suggesting optimal offerings
- Maximize performance with existing products, upselling additional services and addressing customer attrition
- Provide first-line support to clients, improving customer experience and ensuring effective product usage
Required Qualifications
- Three years of experience in an Automotive Retail BDC or B2B Account Management role
- Knowledge of F&I is required
- 2+ years of proven KPI-driven cross-sell/upsell experience
- Ability to identify opportunities for product usage and retention
- Excellent presentation skills
