Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Account Manager- Demand Planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage supply chain processes supporting demand planning, inventory management, and fulfillment for major retail and distribution accounts
- Lead Collaborative Planning, Forecasting and Replenishment (CPFR) conversations and analyze data to develop forecast plans
- Serve as the primary supply chain interface for accounts, addressing performance and driving execution of Vendor Compliance requirements
Required Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of supply chain/operations experience in North America eTail/Retail/Distribution channels
- Thorough knowledge of forecasting and inventory modeling
- Strong knowledge of supplier and channel supply chains
- Excellent relationship building skills with internal and external partners
- Bachelor's degree required
