Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Manager to serve as the main point of contact for existing clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct periodic business reviews with clients to understand their use cases and promote additional usage
- Lead product inquiry and discovery calls with clients and manage client relationships
- Monitor client usage and provide regular updates to ensure successful utilization of products/services
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in selling or supporting B2B SaaS, or strong technical understanding of relevant products
- Proficient in Salesforce
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to set appointments with existing clients independently
- Agile learner with a positive attitude and a goal-oriented mindset
