Key Responsibilities
- Directly manage a team of 5-10 analysts, providing coaching and career development
- Collaborate with Account Management and Client Success to meet customer expectations and identify service improvement opportunities
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to align offerings, drive adoption, and incorporate market feedback
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of relevant professional experience in government and/or technology and project management
- 1-2 years of experience in a people management role
- Experience working in a client-facing capacity within a SaaS organization
- Proven track record of leading delivery teams at a SaaS company
- Experience managing services P&L and operating a services organization at scale
