Key Responsibilities
- Manage client accounts and provide administrative support
- Coordinate with underwriters, brokers, and internal teams to address client service needs
- Track and manage tasks to ensure timely and accurate completion of account operations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of client coordination or claims management experience, OR a High School degree with 5+ years of experience
- Property and Casualty insurance license required
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of account management experience
