Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or similar roles, preferably in digital agencies or technology companies
- Demonstrated experience in managing and growing relationships with strategic clients
- Proven success in identifying growth and upsell opportunities within existing accounts
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., CMS, Analytics, CRM)
- Solid knowledge of web technologies and digital customer acquisition models
