Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as the primary point of contact
- Identify areas for improvement in clients' telehealth programs and provide guidance to optimize their virtual care offerings
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to client engagement, utilization, and satisfaction, and report on these metrics
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Business, Marketing, or Healthcare Administration preferred
- Previous experience in client relationship management, preferably within the healthcare or telehealth industry
- Strong sales acumen and the ability to identify and pursue growth opportunities
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks effectively
