California Licensed Property Claims Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Property Claims Manager (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team of claims supervisors and examiners to ensure proper investigation and fair decision-making for claims
• Review and approve complex claims, verify coverage, and authorize timely payments to policyholders
• Provide accurate reports to management and conduct performance reviews with team members

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
• Minimum 10 years of experience in property and commercial claims handling or investigation
• Minimum 5 years of management experience in complex homeowners and/or commercial claims
• Experience handling Catastrophe claims, specifically wind and fire
• Basic knowledge of computer software, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
