Job Summary
A company is looking for a Dedicated Account Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing requests and resolving issues related to delivery, contracts, and account setup
- Provide expert customer service support for new account setups and training on the ordering platform
- Generate insightful reports and updates on program implementation to foster strong client relationships
Required Qualifications
- Broad training in pharmaceutical purchasing, pharmacy technician, supply chain, or similar fields, typically obtained through a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Pharmacy technician certification and/or experience as a pharmaceutical buyer is highly preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience within a pharmacy or healthcare finance department
- Understanding of data functions such as allocation tracking and contract compliance reports
- Ability to work across multiple departments in a deadline-driven environment
