Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager of Technical Account Management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a high-performing Customer Success Team for complex technical implementations
- Develop and oversee team metrics related to customer success and satisfaction
- Manage customer relationships throughout the entire customer lifecycle, ensuring successful onboarding and implementation
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in a technical software delivery role with 3+ years in management
- Post-secondary education in a technical program, business administration, or equivalent work experience
- Experience in resource management, financial oversight, and contract/SOW creation
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, particularly in software and technology implementations
- Experience with healthcare technology and familiarity with healthcare standards (e.g., FHIR, HL7) preferred
